At Syco Graphix, we aim to make paying for your order simple, secure and convenient. We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal, with flexible payment options from Klarna also available through our Stripe checkout.
Secure Card Payments with Stripe
You can pay securely using a major debit or credit card through Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment providers.
Stripe securely processes your payment information on our behalf. Your full card details are not stored by Syco Graphix, helping to keep your personal and financial information protected.
Simply select the card payment option during checkout and enter your payment details when prompted.
Pay with PayPal
You can also complete your purchase using PayPal.
Select PayPal during checkout and you will be directed to PayPal to securely log in and confirm your payment. Depending on your PayPal account, you may be able to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card or credit card.
You can complete your purchase using your PayPal email address and password without entering your payment details directly on our website. Eligible purchases may also be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
Flexible Payments with Klarna
Klarna is available through our Stripe checkout, allowing eligible customers to spread or delay the cost of their order.
Available Klarna options may include:
- Pay in 3 – split your purchase into three payments.
- Pay in 30 Days – receive your order before paying.
- Other payment plans that may be offered by Klarna.
The options available will depend on factors such as the value of your order, your location and Klarna’s eligibility checks. The available choices will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Klarna Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 Days are credit agreements. Eligibility criteria and terms apply. Please ensure you can comfortably meet the required repayments before selecting a deferred or instalment payment option.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Your order will not normally enter production until payment has been successfully authorised.
Payment Problems
In some cases, a payment may be declined by your bank or payment provider. This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account.
Please check that:
- Your billing details have been entered correctly.
- Your card has not expired.
- You have sufficient funds or available credit.
- Your bank has approved the transaction.
- Any additional security verification has been completed.
You may also try another available payment method. For issues involving PayPal or Klarna accounts, payment plans or eligibility decisions, you may need to contact the relevant payment provider directly.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the refund to appear will depend on your bank or payment provider. PayPal advises that approved refunds are returned to the original payment source, such as a bank account, card or PayPal balance.
