1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Syco Graphix. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Custom Printed Products

All products supplied by Syco Graphix are custom printed to order based on the specifications provided by the customer, including size, quantity, artwork, materials, and finishes.

As these items are bespoke and made to your specification, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights once production has commenced.

3. Artwork & Proofing

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork supplied is correct, including spelling, dimensions, colours, and layout.

Where proofs are provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve them carefully. Once approval has been given and production has started, Syco Graphix cannot accept responsibility for errors in the approved design.

4. Colours & Materials

We take every care to ensure colour accuracy; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in screens, materials, inks, and production processes.

These variations are normal and do not constitute a fault.

5. Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Syco Graphix is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, supply chain issues, or unforeseen production issues.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Under UK law, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your order does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

  • Returns and refunds are only available where the product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet statutory requirements
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect sizes or specifications provided by the customer
    • Errors in approved artwork

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

8. Order Cancellation

Personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under UK law.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.

Subject to this, Syco Graphix’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
